New UBF WIP Application

K I promise this will be the last thing to upload before i go to bed: The new updated WIP ('Cause i'm just that damn lazy) UBF app. Maybe someday i'll finalize Tatiana's character model and then i'll be finished. Though I think Soundwave is going to have to get the boot. I'm just not feeling his design.

Regardless hopefully i'll be done with this beast and moving on soon, though the new job will always take priority nowadays.
Gotta get that money, ya dig!!
